Thanks, Christine Ross.  If you are familiar with psychotropic drugs, then you will know that they cause homicidal and suicidal ideation. A female MP said that all of the suicides she attended in the military were on psychotropic drugs. Most of the time, mass murder is related to someone on psychotropic drugs flipping out from withdrawal or the drugs themselves. See here.
