Col. Douglas Macgregor interviewed climate engineering expert Dane Wigington who empathically asserts Hurricane Helene was manmade. Wigington said he had a call with US Senators and Representatives from the Carolinas who were all shocked to learn their states are under assault. Transmission recordings show the hurricane path was deliberately directed inland to mountain areas using patented technologies. The technology to stop rotations of storms has existed for decades, he said. “They can make or break these storms any time they want.”

The entire scientific and meteorological community is criminally denying this fact to protect their paychecks, he said, and the liability is incalculable. “There is no place to hide.” 

One motive appears to be the deliberate destruction of land that has valuable llithium deposits on it. The timing of the hurricane, a month before election day, will make it difficult if not impossible for many in the devastated areas to vote.
