Remember the New Jersey Gym Owner who stood up to Bully/Governor Phil Murphy’s COVID-1984 Tyranny?  It appears all the trumped-up charges leveled against this small business owner have been dismissed by the court with prejudice. 

All hail this brave and resilient patriot who fought vigorously for his natural rights:
