When the world wide web goes down (and it will),  maybe that’s the signal.  We will certainly be tested, individually, when that happens.  Surely it will if the “vaccine” starts messing with people en masse.  I figure, though, that [the vaccine is] a binary weapon; the first round will likely appear benign.
