“In an interview with the Times of London, Trump said quote [sic], “Day one – which I will consider to be Monday as opposed to Friday or Saturday. Right? I mean my day one is gonna be Monday because I don’t want to be signing and get it mixed up with lots of celebration.”
Imagine a Criminal-in-Chief who takes weekends off! That’s 2/7’s less opportunity for evil than Trump’s predecessors exploited, right off the bat!
Naturally, such good news has set the Progressive morons out there a-Twitter:
One user tweeting out, “Trump is taking the weekend off after being sworn in on Friday. Seriously, can’t make this stuff up.”
Another, posting, “After inauguration on Friday, Trump to take weekend off for celebrations and pony rides and face painting.” And one user saying, “Trump really think he gets the weekend off? Someone please explain to him it’s not that type of gig.”
Ah, but it should be. And kudos to The Donald for realizing that!
