Update: 10/6/15: Amazon has made some changes on how orders are credited to LRC and other affiliates. Specifically, if someone places an order from a link in his order history, LRC will not be credited. This is the same thing that happens after an initial Subscribe and Save order has shipped, or with Prime Pantry Items that are not completed on the first visit.
