“They” are the U.S. government, murderers of civilians with poison gas in Waco, Texas during the Clinton administration.  How lucky we we were that a gang of sanctimonious, phony, lying politicians from another country did not decide to “keep the world safe from poison gas” by dropping dozens of missiles on D.C.
