According to the Air Force Times, the Air Force Academy is considering dropping or changing its honor oath because it has the phrase “so help me God.” Conservative war lovers and military worshipers, and especially evangelical ones, are going to have a fit over this. I say it’s about time. Because the Air Force, like the rest of the military is a global force for evil and not for good, the oath should not reference God in anyway.
