Hey Professor Block! Since we last exchanged emails I should be proud to say that my fiance has now turned into a minarchist so I’m making ground haha. The reason for my email is that next year we plan to spend half a year in the states and as I am compiling interviews for this libertarian documentary I am putting together, I have always thought that I should be so honoured to interview the Godfather of libertarianism himself! I would want it to be challenging and exciting to watch and so although I am an An Cap like yourself, I would put my finest devil’s advocate hat on! The question is, might I be able to steal some of your time (few hours max) between october-december 2017? In a place and time of your choosing of course sir. From a big admirer, SD

Dear SD: I’d be glad to spend some time with you on this project worthwhile project, and, good work with your fiancé. Thanks for your kind words; however, there is only one “Godfather of libertarianism” and that is not me. I won’t tell you who it is, but I’ll give you a hint: his initials are MNR! I am but a humble follower of his, and delighted to bask in his glory and happy whenever my name and his are mentioned in the same sentence. I don’t like to brag, but I do have one advantage over Murray: he never won the Rothbard Medal of Freedom (https://mises.org/award-type/murray-n-rothbard-medal-freedom/0) but I, along with several others, have done so!
