Dr. Steve Athanail is “an MD , board certified in family medicine, still practicing… .” He responded to “Medical Marxism” with this testimony:
In my early years of teaching hospital residents and practicing family medicine I interacted with many types of people in the “health care” sphere including “providers”, administrators, attorneys, CEOs etc. It was clear to me that my colleague’s professional degrees were naturally associated with their particular traits and aptitudes . MDs were usually clinicians, MD – PhDs were bench researchers, MD – MPHs [Master’s of Public Health] were the bureaucrats. The latter being generally the least clinically astute, the least interested in individual patients, and the most defensive and controlling and interested in climbing up a government career ladder. They were also the least fun to hang around with, being rather obsessive compulsive and politically correct.
If we mean to live free, we must rid ourselves of “Public Health.” Daily these bureaus prove that if we don’t destroy them, they’ll destroy us.
