Lew:  The TV news channels kept telling us that Obama “wept” during his announcement of circumventing the Constitution.  I didn’t see any tears, only his occasional touching of one of his eyes.  When I saw this, I was immediately reminded of the closing scene in the Spencer Tracy/ Katharine Hepburn classic film Adam’s Rib. Tracy showed that he could generate tears-at-will, a talent not confined to Hollywood actors!
