No, not in cities like Baltimore and other Demo-Bolshevik party machine-run urban hellholes. That’s why Baltimore city is suing Hyundai and Kia for its epidemic of car thefts, arguing that the problem is that their cars are too easy to steal. It’s their fault, not the thieves, say the Baltimore ruling class politicians.
It couldn’t possibly be that for generations there have been no penalties at all, really, for “teens” who steal cars (or anything else for that matter) in Baltimore. When “teens” rioted and set part of the city on fire the former mayor ordered the police to stand down and give “our children,” as she called the rioting criminals, “their space.”
Having worked in Baltimore for 28 years, I can speak with authority when I say that the Maryland Leftists who run the government there (and in Annapolis) are a special kind of stupid. Almost California stupid.
