The attempt to discredit Trump, undermine his authority, and/or obtain his resignation or his impeachment continues. Washington’s and the presstitute media’s cesspool of chicanery continues unabated, in fact, more intensely.
The soft coup continues with daily attacks on anything and everything he does or says. Now it is attacks on Trump over talks with Lavrov. No one knows exactly what was said, but it doesn’t matter because we already knew the gist of the material that underlies the base accusations. CNN reported in detail the alleged content of the alleged presidential crime 7 weeks ago in this article dated April 1, 2017.
It’s all there:
“…ISIS and other terrorist organizations have developed innovative ways to plant explosives in electronic devices…”
“…terrorists have obtained sophisticated airport security equipment to test how to effectively conceal explosives in laptops and other electronic devices.”
“…the Trump administration’s decision to prohibit travelers flying out of 10 airports in eight countries in the Middle East and Africa from carrying laptops and other large electronic devices aboard planes.”
“US authorities have said the electronics ban is focused on the eight countries in part because of intelligence indicating a greater threat there.”
It is not difficult to deduce that Israel intelligence played a significant role in gathering the intelligence for five reasons. One, ISIS operates in that region. Two, the ban focuses on that region. Three, Israel is a major intelligence player in the region and has a high stake in spying on terrorist groups. Four, the U.S. and Israel have loudly advertised their close relationship and intelligence sharing for years. Five, it is well-known that the U.S. relies on Israel for intelligence in this region. See here, for evidence of the latter two reasons from a Jewish source:
“One of the most significant contributions Israel has made to U.S. security has been shared intelligence. The truth is the United States has little alternative but to depend on Israel for much of its Middle Eastern human intelligence because the CIA’s capability has diminished. In post-revolutionary Iran, the CIA no longer had a presence and the CIA’s Lebanon station was virtually wiped out in the 1983 bombing of the U.S. embassy in Beirut. The United States relies on the Mossad and other Israeli intelligence agencies for information about terrorism, radical Islamic movements, weapons proliferation and other Middle East-related events.”
The CNN article contains even more detail, and it is detail that would alert ISIS to what its enemies know and how they might have learned of its plans. CNN’s report was not the only such report, such as a White House report on March 31 and a related report on March 22.
