Dante Alighieri, in his masterful poem The Divine Comedy, portrays the afterlife as comprised of three realms: hell, purgatory and heaven. In his schematic, there are nine circles of hell, the deepest of which, where Satan himself dwells, is reserved for those who committed treachery. Cain, who killed his brother Abel, is there, among others. And who else resides in the lowest rungs of hell? Traitors to their righteous lords and leaders: Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus, along with Brutus and Cassius who betrayed Julius Caesar.

The treacherous White House Swampers who trumped Trump in the wake of the stolen election of 2020 might benefit from reading a copy of La Divina Comedia in translation—especially the Inferno.

ET TU, SHAKESPEARE?

The chosen play? Julius Caesar. And in case we missed the point, they cast a man made to look like Trump with his signature “orange” hair and red tie, as Caesar. Then we all got to watch as the progressive heroes assassinated him in the public square—murdering the supposed tyrant.

Funny that Dante and Shakespeare saw it the other way around: Caesar was not the villain—the assassins were. But no matter how one views Shakespeare’s rendition of the story, it’s clear that Leftists in America were furious over Trump’s election and out for blood—and since July 13^th 2024, we learned they’re out for blood literally as well as figuratively.

SNAKES IN THE GRASS

In a previous article, I criticized Trump for abandoning the Ship of State in the aftermath of the Color Revolution our nation underwent on November 4^th, 2020, and the deathblow that followed on January 6^th, 2021 that locked in the usurping regime.  But it’s important that we understand what Trump was up against—particularly the heinous saboteurs in his inner circle.

Speaking of circles, one obvious candidate for the bottom circle of hell is Judas Pence, President Trump’s VP. But there was also a bevy of poisonous lawyers around the President, giving him terrible advice at best, and threatening him of dire consequences for standing up to the steal, at worst.

Ironically, as a result of one of the bogus lawfare cases against Trump, we’re currently getting an inside glimpse of our beleaguered President as he struggled to save the Republic, only to be undermined by his supposed loyal counselors, those snakes in expensive suits.

Fortuitously, we’ve now heard Trump’s former Deputy White House Counsel, Pat Philbin, giving bombshell testimony, probably inadvertently, as part of the disbarment case against Jeffrey Clark, formerly a DOJ official and Trump co-defendant in the Georgia “election interference” case. Mr. Clark’s crime and the reason Georgia officials seek to disbar him? He believed the election fraud, so apparent to at least half the nation, should be investigated!

PAT PHILBIN VS JEFFREY CLARK

And the bombshell?

The revelation that Trump’s trusted counsel, Pat Philbin himself, assured Trump there would be massive riots in every city in the nation if he challenged the election and won, and that the entire DOJ would resign in protest before that could take place. Phelonius Philbin even went so far as to round up other miscreants in the DOJ who eagerly embraced this treasonous gambit.

Here’s what Philbin admitted to in his testimony regarding Jeffrey Clark, his former colleague and friend:

I believe that he felt that he essentially had a duty….I think Jeff’s view was that there was a real crisis in the country and that he was being given an opportunity to do something about it.

Personally, I’d say give that man the Presidential Medal of Freedom!

Here’s Philbin’s reaction to Clark’s wish to investigate the stolen election:

When Philbin warned Clark that there would be riots in every major American city if Trump reversed the outcome of the election, Clark responded, “Well, Pat, that’s what the Insurrection Act is for,” Philbin recalled. (Emphasis mine)

“I tried to explain to him that it was a bad idea for multiple reasons,” Philbin emphasized in his testimony. “He would be starting down a path of assured failure … If by some miracle somehow, it worked, there’d be riots in every major city in the country and it was not an outcome the country would accept.” (Emphasis mine)

Such is the rationalization of a backstabber.

POLITICO TURNS THE STORY UPSIDE DOWN

Here’s Politico’s leftist spin on the same story:

It was just a few days until Jan. 6, 2021, when Congress was slated to certify Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election, and Trump had suddenly resuscitated a plan to replace the leadership of the Justice Department with Jeffrey Clark, a little known DOJ official who Trump expected to mount a sweeping nationwide effort to help him remain in power.

Philbin’s description of his interactions with Clark shed new light on the frenzied effort by Trump to remake the Justice Department into a tool of his bid to cling to power despite losing the election…

Together, the two men described a White House that had let down all guardrails, with conspiracy theories about election fraud reaching Trump, who was an eager recipient of even implausible claims of fraud.

Translation: A few honest men tried to expose and counter the stolen election, but internal saboteurs along with the Fake News Media spun it as Trump the dictator trying to steal the election from Bargain Basement Biden who supposedly won it fair and square in a landslide while using trucked-in ballots galore. As usual, the Dems accused the innocent of doing what they themselves had done.

SNAKES & VIPERS VS PATRIOTS

We can add one of the top saboteurs to the ranks of Pence, Philbin and Cipolline, and that’s Trump’s former Chief of Staff, and Chief Viper, Mark Meadows. There were teams of patriots supporting Trump during the crucial countdown to Inauguration Day, and one of special note, comprised of General Michael Flynn, attorney Sidney Powell, and patriot Patrick Byrne who managed to get past the gatekeepers to meet with Trump in person in the White House during this time. By the end of their conversation, documented in Byrne’s book “The Deep Rig,” Trump agreed to have Sidney Powell represent him in challenging the election results. The trio left the White House elated!

But just as the good news of Trump having won the election on the night of November 3^rd, mysteriously turned into Sleepy Joe squeaking by with a win the following morning, so too did the Swamp squelch the Flynn/Powell/Byrne plan by the next day. The quislings, likely led by Meadows, quietly reinstalled Giuliani as Trump’s main legal fighter, whom they knew was way over his head and would never succeed.

THE PALACE COUP

Towards a World War II... Stage One: This took place in the wee hours of November 4^th after the Dominion voting machines had allegedly been reprogrammed with new algorithms and enough faux Biden Ballots could be wheeled out of trucks and suitcases and presented as “evidence” that Beijing Biden “won.”

Stage Two: The sorry spectacle of Congress certifying the Color Revolution and the stolen election on January 6^th, when the cowards hid in the basement till the patriots went home, so the Congressional Swampers could perform their treasonous betrayal late at night, as they then had the bonus of being able to characterize the peaceful rally—except for the violence of the Capitol Police, Antifa, and the Fed agents provocateurs who provided the necessary optics to give some credence to the “insurrection” charge, however minimal—as a violent insurrection to take over the country. I wrote about this at the time in an article entitled: “Attention Congress: A plague on both your houses!”

Stage Three: The Palace Coup derailed President Trump’s attempts to have the elections in a handful of swing states investigated for fraud, and if fraud was shown to have occurred that would change the outcome of the election, to have a one-day redo of the election using only paper ballots. And yes, as we now know, that would have resulted in Trump having his legitimately won second term in 2020.
