The determination as to what is Constitutional and what is not is supposed to be done by the legislators. And the erudite Natale cites Cicero and his book De Republica, and how the Constitution was created with clear understanding of his theory of a stable, enduring system of government. But the President in the Constitution is picking the courts.”

Of course, the oligarchs like such a system where the courts are in control; but that is not what the American Republic was set up to be.
