The Crimes of King George

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

That whenever any President becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to impeach him, and to replace him with a new President, having his foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Presidents long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the case under George W. Bush (King George); and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Washington is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has imprisoned an American citizen, detained and arrested in the United States of America, who was charged with no crime, and allowed no access to due process, in direct violation of the Constitution of these United States.

He has violated The Constitution and Federal law by authorizing his secret agencies to conduct searches and seizures of American citizens, without seeking a warrant from the Courts of the land.

He has abused public monies by using them to pay journalists to promote his policies, as if it were their own opinion. He has utilized public monies to create and promote fake news stories, which were foisted upon the American public with no disclosure as to their true intention.

He has authorized the Department of Defense to lie to the American public with regards to the circumstances and events having transpired in the theater of war, most notably and obviously regarding the death of Pat Tillman and the “capture” and “rescue” of private Jessica Lynch.

He has ignored his duty to secure the borders of the United States, and has created a de facto “amnesty” for illegal aliens operating within the US by failing to enforce laws regarding their presence on US soil.

He has conspired with his minions to present an unbalanced presentation of the facts regarding the possession of weapons of mass destruction and links to terrorism of Saddam Hussein and his government in Iraq, for the express purpose of gaining the public support and Congressional authority to launch a war of aggression against a nation that posed no threat to the United States of America.

He has neglected his vow to bring Osama Bin Laden to justice, and in the process endangered the United States by failing to neutralize this terrible threat to our security.

He has allowed Federal spending to far exceed the collection of revenue, thus creating an undue tax burden on the children of America, who will be saddled with paying his debts for decades to come.

He has neglected his Constitutional authority to veto grotesque abuses of public money by the Congress, having never found a Congressional project or expenditure worthy of rejection in his entire term of office.

He has endangered the welfare of the nation and weakened its institutions by appointing incompetent and unqualified persons to positions of great responsibility, resulting most notably (but not exclusively) in the disastrous federal response to the destruction of New Orleans by hurricane.

He has sullied the reputation and destroyed the moral authority of the United States as a beacon of human rights for all the world by kidnapping and “rendering” captives to secret and foreign prisons for the express purpose of exposing them to torture and interrogation techniques that would be illegal in the United States of America.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We, therefore, the citizens of the United States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good People of this nation, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free Of the Fascist Government of George W. Bush

We call for IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT, so that the deeds of George W. Bush may be tried in an open hearing before the United States Senate and all the world.
