We
Treasure Books
We order
great numbers of books in every format: Paper, e-book, and
audio. We obviously like to study and be entertained by every
topic imaginable. We know that books are thoughtful and enduring
gifts. This is the essence of the LRC reader: the quest for
knowledge and the truth.

We
Choose Health
Prevention
of illness is a top priority for us, as opposed to resorting
to conventional medical treatment after the fact. We
want to learn the underlying causes of any health-related
issues. We're likely to keep an open mind and seek out supplements,
treatments, and techniques that keep us out of the doctor's
office or hospital. And we feel a whole lot better for
it.

We
Love Guns
We take
our safety and self-protection very seriously. After all,
it's we who are responsible for the defense of ourselves,
our loved ones, our homes, our property. We want to
improve our knowledge and skills, and enjoy the satisfaction
that comes from that. And, we always remain stocked-up
on ammo.

We
Reject Government-Mandated Nonsense
We know
the reasons for these edicts plus who and what motivates them.
That doesn't mean that we'll simply and silently comply.
We're going to have soft, warm incandescent lightbulbs in
our homes and sparking clean dishes and glassware coming out
of our dishwashers. We've seen what government tyranny has
done to our autos. They're coming after our home appliances
next.

We
Believe That Fitness Is a Key Element
Maintaining
a level of fitness is critical to our physical and mental
performance. If you've chosen the primal route, you
know that it no longer requires hours of mind-numbing cardio
and boring repetition. As Mark Sisson says, it's simply: "move
slowly a lot, lift some heavy things, sprint once in a while
and make time to play." So lace-up your barefoot shoes,
go out in the sunshine, and enjoy life.

We
Love Good Food
There's
a renaissance in the kitchen. We reject the "standard
American diet'." We see it as a cause of a dumbed-down
and unhealthy society that has become dependent on the medico-pharma
cartel. The best food we can enjoy is made right in
our own kitchens, with the right tools and recipes to make
it fun and efficient. So bring on the full-fat butter,
bacon, eggs, meat, fish, and clean produce that are so delicious,
healthful, and satisfying.

We
Proudly Display Signs of Resistance
We love
seeing some of confused and horrified reactions to our anti-state
symbols. The peace and anarchy flags, the bumper and
window stickers, and definitely the t-shirts.
Stay tuned LRC's new SECEDE! bumper sticker is on the
way.

We
Reject Fluoride and Other Toxic Chemicals
Many
of us are fighting to get dangerous substances removed from
government water supplies. In the meantime, we'll filter our
own water, refuse adulterated food and harmful chemicals in
our personal and household products. We are aware of the long-term,
ill-health effects of these dangerous products, and are becoming
more aggressive about removing them from our bodies and homes.

|
|
|
We'll
Be Prepared for Whatever Is Ahead
We don't
give any credence to government propaganda or the MSM (is
there a difference?). We understand the concept of honest
money and the wreckage caused by the state and its monetary
system. We'll be prepared for natural and government-caused
disasters, be they bank runs, civil unrest, or whatever.
|
|
|
|
|
We
Prize Technology, Gadgets and Tools
We love
to have the right tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
We want our information, education, and entertainment quickly
and on-demand. We'll happily learn new skills and brush-up
on old ones to become more resourceful and self-sufficient.
We depend on ourselves.
